Rental conditions:

The rental conditions apply to both houses. A rental agreement is concluded by booking on our website. The rental agreement is recorded in writing to be valid and sent to you by email. At the same time we attach a copy of these general rental conditions.

Prices and rates:

Prices include sales tax, costs for gas, water and electricity, but exclude the costs of cancellation insurance. Special additional costs such as costs of any extra bed linen or high chair are listed on the site. (You must bring a child’s bed or camp bed yourself) Mandatory are the deposit and cleaning costs, these are immediately calculated in the rental agreement and rental price. If you have a discount voucher, you can use it when booking on our website. Multiple discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.


After booking you will receive a confirmation from us as soon as possible, in which we ask you to make a down payment of 50% of the total rent within 14 days; after receipt of the deposit, the reservation is final. The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than 6 weeks before your arrival. If you book only 6 weeks before the start of the rental, you pay 100% of the rent. If – after a reminder – an expiry date expires without payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. You are of course free to immediately pay the rent 100%.


The tenant is obliged to pay a deposit of € 150 when entering into a rental agreement, which will be included in the total rent. Detected damage or loss of items present in or on the holiday home will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded to the tenant. The tenant must provide his full address and bank details for the refund.

Obligations of the tenant:

The tenant must behave like a good tenant. It is important to pay attention to the exact, maximum number of people. In addition, the tenant must adhere to a BAN OF SMOKING indoors. You are allowed to bring a dog or 2 dogs, no more, and cats are not allowed. The tenant is legally liable for damage caused by him or his co-tenants to the holiday home or the items contained therein. A claim must be reported to us immediately by the tenant. Repair or replacement costs must be reimbursed by the tenant. Upon departure, the tenant must leave the holiday home in a good condition and broom clean. The items present in the house must be returned to their original place (such as on arrival). Crockery must be washed and stored in the appropriate place. We may be entitled to carry out a final check at the time of departure. If we find that (several) items have not been returned to their original place or if the holiday home is not broom clean, we are entitled to charge additional (cleaning) costs to the tenant. The tenant must use linen on the beds and is not entitled to use the beds without sheets. Please report any damage to us; you are probably insured for it! (Liability insurance) Fast and honest reporting prevents the holiday from having an unwanted aftermath for you and for us.


First of all, we advise you to take out cancellation insurance. If canceled up to 42 days before arrival, the costs are: 30% of the total rent. If you cancel between 42 and 28 days before arrival, the costs are 60% of the total rent. Cancellation from 28 days before the day of arrival is 90% of the total rent. Canceling on the day itself you pay 100% of the total rent.
